Peony roots must be planted in sunny spots where they are sheltered from the wind. The glossy green foliage on Peonies lasts throughout the whole of the summer. We ship large, 3-5 eye peony roots.

The first year most peony roots will produce up to five leaf shoots, and perhaps just one or two flowers. In the second year the number doubles, and again in the third year.
