Description
Oxalis Adenophylla, commonly known as Silver Shamrock or Chilean Oxalis, is a perennial plant native to the southern Andes of Chile and Argentina. It is prized for its attractive, clover-like, gray-green foliage and delicate, pink to lilac flowers that bloom in late spring to early summer.
Foliage: The plant forms a dense clump of finely incised, gray-green leaves composed of several heart-shaped leaflets, giving it a shamrock-like appearance.
Flowers: In late spring to early summer, it produces open-faced, pink to lilac flowers, approximately 1 inch across, with petals flushed with purple toward their tips and adorned with lilac veins.
Height and Spread: Typically grows up to 5 inches tall and 6 inches wide.
Planting information
